PRIVACY POLICY

We know that your privacy is important.  We collect nonpublic personal information (personal information not readily available to the public) about you that is provided to us by you or is obtained by us with your permission.  We may also collect such information from retaining records related to professional services provided to our clients.

For current and former clients, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our practice except as required or permitted by law.  Any collected nonpublic personal information is accessible to our employees only on a “need-to-know” basis and such information is protected by physical, electronic, and other procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.  We will take “reasonable measures,” as defined in 16 CFR 682.3(b)(4) in connection with the disposal of any or all customer information.
